What to do if the Smart Box no longer connects

What to do when you get back to your car but CarPlay doesn't connect automatically?

Please note that the Smart Box's Bluetooth will automatically turn off if it is not used for a short time. If you encounter this issue, follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Check on your phone >>Bluetooth, double-click on the device (IDCORE) to see if the Bluetooth is connected to the Smart Box;

2. If Bluetooth is not connected, please check the 'Settings' in the car menu , go to the 'Bluetooth' settings to check the paired devices, usually it is your phone;
