When we ship your package, you will receive several emails confirming shipment, with your order number and tracking code.
DOES MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAY MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?
We know how important your order is! Aoocci Store offers customers the ability to track their package. If the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered but you haven't received it, check your neighborhood to see if another household may have received it in error. Talk to family members, roommates, etc., if they received the package for you. The package may also have been left with property managers or in an apartment office.
We'll do our best to assist you, but Aoocci Store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you still can't find your package, you must contact the carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-exempt in U.S. dollars, which means you may be required to pay customs and duties upon receipt of your order. Import duties, taxes, and related fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination; these costs are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For further details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately.
We process and ship orders quickly. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
