Returns and Refunds


We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team by email within 60 days of receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will resolve the issue.

(Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased from our store: https://aoocci.com; we cannot provide after-sales service if you purchased from Amazon or other stores.)

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the email addresses above to request a return or exchange, but please keep the following information in mind during the return process:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of placing your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Products with scratches or other damage will not be returned.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, they will bear the shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier company chosen by the consumer.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (for example, the consumer received damaged or incorrect products), the consumer will not be responsible for shipping costs. (The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt.)
  • If a product is defective or missing parts, the customer must return it to our factory in China for inspection.
  • Return Address: Please contact customer service by email for the return address (support@aoocci.com). Thank you.

Refunds

  • If the product does not work with your car, which is on our compatible model list, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item after receiving the returned product without damage or deterioration.
  • The cost of expedited shipping is an additional service and is non-refundable.
  • If for any reason the customer decides they no longer need the item (not the seller's fault), your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total purchase cost.
  • We will notify you of your refund via email or text once the returned item has been received and processed.
  • You will receive your refund within 7-14 business days after we receive your return, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Your bank may take a few days to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after a while, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank for further verification.
  • After 60 days from the date of purchase, you are not eligible for a refund under our program.

No exchange

  • We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, return the item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing a new order now ensures you receive it quickly and that it won't run out of stock.

Order cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us within 5 hours of placing your order, and the package must not have been shipped yet. Please provide your order number and explain the reason for cancellation.
  • Our customer service team will do their best to pass your instructions to the warehouse so they can monitor the fulfillment process and refund you before your package ships. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once the package has been completed and shipped from the warehouse.
