- First, please reproduce the problem you encountered in using the box twice in your car.
- The procedures for uploading the log are as follows:
- Connect the Box to your computer and wait until the light turns blue.
- Go to My Computer (This PC)
- Go to "MTP USB Device".
- Go to "Internal Storage", then to the "Log" file: here, the file with the CZ extension is the log file.
- Send the CZ file to us (support@aoocci.com).
