If you encounter this kind of problem, don't worry.
There are 3 main causes for this problem; follow the steps below to resolve it:
1. Problems with the dip switch setting: Check the instruction diagram and make sure the setting is correct;
2. The LVDS-IN and LVDS-OUT cables are connected incorrectly: swap the connection of these two cables;
3. System glitch:
- Restart your system, connect CarPlay to your phone, and enter the CarPlay system directly. >> Go to Settings (Setup).

- Open Settings >> TV >> OFF


- Open Settings >> DVR >> OFF


- Open Settings >> DVD >> OFF
