You can try the following solution.
1. Update Autokit APK and product firmware to the latest version
2. If the problem persists in the latest version (it occasionally does), please submit a log/feedback after the problem recurs and send a screenshot of the feedback to the CarlinKit customer support staff you contacted to verify if there is a hardware issue.
